Fall is a time of transition. Trees and shrubs are changing colors and releasing their leaves to the earth. Temperatures begin to decrease and the air is filled with an aroma of possibility. There can be a sense of harshness, an emptiness, that begins to pervade the natural world. On this retreat, you are invited to soften and slow down as we transition to the next season. This 3-day transformational retreat will take you on a journey to nourish the mind, body and soul. From the moment of arrival to our departure, our time together is sacred. Our daily activities become rituals as we rediscover self-care and what it feels like to be nourished by the land, a community, and our daily practices. This retreat lovingly invites participants to access their inner resources through imagination, intuition, and curiosity. In a brave space, participants will be guided to connect with Self as an instrument, moving stuck emotions and thoughts.

Throughout the retreat, we will receive deep nourishment from plant based-nutrition. Food affects your whole being – from your blood to your DNA, you are what you eat. Food enters the bloodstream, and blood is what creates your cells, tissues, and organs. Food has the power to regenerate the new you.The food at Bethel Farms is local, grown right on the property in one of the greenhouses or gardens! You will leave feeling healthier, more connected, and refreshed so that your body and mind can operate at their highest potential.

Weather permitting, we will spend time in nature, connecting and giving thanks to Mother Earth, which nourishes all. We will walk trails and bathe in the forest.

This retreat takes place at the stunningly beautiful Bethel Farms in Hillsboro, New Hampshire.

Your trip includes:

  • Yoga // Somatic Movement

  • Expressive Arts Workshops: Journaling, drawing, creative expression

  • Time to connect with nature

  • Daily plant based meals

  • Self exploration and reflection

  • Optional use of the Sauna on Saturday

  • Fire ritual

You will receive a welcome packet and be invited to join our private whats app and facebook group upon registration. Cost for the retreat includes all food, lodging and yoga but not transportation. Lodging is dormitory style, shared rooms.

We encourage you to begin the practice now, by reflecting on your intentions for yourself and what brought you on this journey. Together we will create a safe and sacred space within our group that will help to reveal the wisdom within and the nature of the Self. This path will ask for self-reflection, growth, and discipline. Your journey will be greatly guided by what you chose to bring to the experience. Open yourself to what is there, leave all expectations behind and enter the clear, crisp perspective and sacred landscape of New Hampshire with an open heart.

It is a hidden gem of the lake where we delight in practicing yoga, drinking tea, singing songs, and exploring our creativity through guided activities. The land is a part of an Ancient Maya ceremonial pilgrimage route and you sense the presence of the ancestors holding space for sacred spirit to dwell.
